The Ministry of Education provides a range of free tutorial services on the LearnNowBC website. Students are eligible for the services if they are enrolled in any of the following courses:

Go to the LearnNowBC Tutoring Login page. You will need the following:
- Students must be enrolled in one of the courses listed above.
- Students must have a valid Personal Education Number (PEN). You can find your PEN on your report card, under your legal name. If you cannot find your report card, please check with your school office.
The first time you access the tutoring service you need to register with the website, using your Personal Education Number. Once you register with the site, you will have a user name and password to access the tutoring services.
Services Available
- Chat Room: Accredited teachers and peer tutors will be available via a chat room Sundays through
Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with extended support each January and June to help students
prepare for provincial exams.
- Workshops with accredited teachers will be featured nightly, Monday to Thursday at 7:30 p.m.,
with logins available as of 7:15 p.m., and will be followed by an online group discussion,
including a question-and-answer period on the session.
- StudyBUZZ, available 24 hours a day, allows students to test themselves and helps them assess
which areas of study require more review and practice.
- Charged Up for Math and Science, available 24 hours a day, provides students the opportunity
to sample Provincial exam questions and also offers streaming video explanations.
