With all the information that is available online, the internet can be a great research tool. However, sometimes it can be hard to find out who is publishing the information featured on a web page, and whether or not the information is current and reliable. Using the District-sponsored online databases for research gives users easy access to thousands of published documents, which have been pre-screened for currency and legitimacy.
The Surrey School District has purchased subscriptions to online databases that provide educational and reference information for students and staff. As noted above, the information has been published by reliable sources and, in most cases, reviewed for accuracy.
