New Employee Documentation and Orientation
 


The Human Resources department will contact you, as a new employee, to come in for a documentation and orientation session. You will be asked to bring a number of documents, including:

  • TQS certificate
  • BC College of Teachers certificate
  • Social Insurance Number Card
  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage certificate (if married)
  • Change of name form (if applicable)
  • Divorce papers (if divorced)
  • Proof of citizenship
  • Driver's License
  • Void cheque

Again, you will only need these documents once the HR Department has contacted you to offer you employment as a Teacher-On-Call.
