Donations may be directed to individual schools, to a specific donation-funded program or given to the district in general to be used where most needed.

The Surrey School District is a federally registered charity and tax receipts will be provided for all donations of $20 or more.

How to Donate

To make a donation, simply print and fill out our donation card ( PDF, 26 KB).

If you wish to donate to a specific school or program, please make a note of this on the card.

Send the completed card and your donation to either the address or fax number indicated on the card (we do not recommend sending credit card information via email).

About Donations to the Surrey School District

The Surrey School District believes in bringing communities together to enrich and fulfill students' educational experience. We want to make student learning as broad and well rounded as possible, and you can help us to achieve it.

Imagine bringing a smile to a student's face as you show them their first whale at the Aquarium, or seeing new pride in an ESL student's eyes as they begin to grasp reading in English because of the bilingual books provided, or feeling the joy of a previously disengaged child, well fed and bounding out to the playground. Your donations can make it happen.

Core government funding provides strong fundamental basis to education in our province. What business and private donations can do is allow for all of the special extras; the programs that make education come alive, that help at-risk and troubled children flourish, that make students happier, healthier, fitter and ready to learn to the best of their ability, and that ultimately bring the rich diversity of our schools together.
