The Reprographics Centre was developed to provide an economical and beneficial centralized printing facility for all district offices and schools.

The Reprographics Centre operates on a high volume and because of this, the requirements are that the job meet 100 copies and or originals to make that number.

This department does a variety of specialty jobs, which include, coil binding, and cloth binding, folding, and message pads. These jobs are used to create calendars, course books, newsletters, pamphlets and many more too numerous to list.

There are many different weights and paper colours to choose from and you can order these upon request by contacting the Reprographics Centre prior to printing the job.

One of the different print jobs using NCR paper includes, payment for fees forms, behaviour forms, late slips etc. This cost is considerably less than outside printers.

Currently the Reprographics Centre uses a Xerox 5800 and a Xerox 5390. A Risograph 3750 is used for colour work. The Riso can print blue, green, red, burgundy, teal and fluorescent pink.

Our normal turn around time is four working days. Please contact the department regarding colour printing if more than one colour is required.
