FirstClass Email System
At École Panorama Ridge Secondary students are strongly encouraged to use the FirstClass email system. FirstClass is an email, online conferencing and bulletin-board system for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. All Surrey students and staff have FirstClass accounts and can readily access the system from school.
At Ècole Panorama Ridge we feel it is important that students also have the opportunity to access FirstClass from home. Please use the information below to guide you in using FirstClass from home.
FirstClass accounts for students:
- Any teacher can provide students with their:
- If you have logged into FirstClass before but have forgotten your password ask any teacher to request a password reset
Step 1: Download a FirstClass client
Step 2: Install the FirstClass client software
- Install FirstClass with default configuration. You don't have to change anything at this point.
Step 3: Configure FirstClass client software
- Open FirstClass
- Click on the "Advanced" button
- Click on the "Setup" button
- In the Server field enter: fc.sd36.bc.ca and click Save
