General Information
- These positions are only open to teachers who presently have a contract with the district. Those teachers who have received notice of lay-offs and TOC's are not eligible to apply for these positions.
- Teachers may apply for any positions regardless of contract percentage. Teachers may increase their contracts by successfully obtaining a vacancy in the transfer round. If a teacher accepts a lesser percentage assignment, the district is NOT responsible for "finding" any additional percentage of an assignment to bring up to contract level. It is expected that teachers will post for part-time positions for the additional percentage or will take a personal leave of absence for the remaining portion of their contract.
- Applicants must show how they meet the requirements listed in the catalogue and show their ability to perform the duties of the position from the commencement date of the assignment. Note Article 33.52: "Applicants should provide all required details with respect to their qualifications, experience and skills."

- The availability of specific grades and/or subjects may change because of changes in enrolment and staff allocations.
- The use of a "/" means "and/or". For example, "Primary experience/training" means "Primary experience and or training".
