We are located beside the main board office at 14225 56th Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Our office is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I get a letter to verify my employment (for a mortgage application)?
We do not release personal information over the telephone. We will, however, provide a written letter to you upon request. Please contact our switchboard at 604-599-7400 for further information.

Do I need to complete a Teacher or Teacher-on-call application form?
Yes, all new applicants for Teaching positions MUST complete a Teacher or Teacher-on-Call application form. HR forms.
How do I apply for a clerical position in your District?
From time to time we will hire staff for our clerical spareboard by placing advertisements in the Surrey Now, Leader, Peace Arch News and the Langley Times. We do NOT accept unsolicited applications.
All potential applicants will be asked to take an clerical aptitude test and be assessed on keyboarding speed and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
How do I apply for a custodian or maintenance position?
Please bring your Building Service Worker certificate, your resume and a completed application form (PDF) to the Human Resources department (14225 56 Avenue). Applications for custodian positions are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be kept on file for three months.
Do all employees have to undergo a criminal record search?
Yes, prior to being hired by the District, all successful applicants will be instructed to start a criminal records search. The cost of the criminal records search will be borne by the applicant.
