Welcome to the Queen
Elizabeth Secondary School Home Page. This is written for students,
parents, and staff at QE or any member of the community in Surrey, BC, and
anyone in any other part of the world who is interested in looking at what
QE is doing.
Surrey is in the Greater
Vancouver area, situated approximately 25 km east of Vancouver, and is one
of the fastest growing cities in Canada. Surrey is also known as the City
of Parks.
Queen Elizabeth Secondary
School is one of the public schools in School District No. 36, Surrey, BC.
At Queen Elizabeth, we have a tradition of excellence. The school provides
a comprehensive academic and general program for students from grade 8 to
12. Our student population is approximately 1400.

Motto
"Nomine
Dignum" means worthy of the name. It signifies the honour of bearing
the name of a royal figure: the late Queen Mom and reminds us of the
royal tradition we maintain at the school.
