VERTICAL
FILE COLLECTION

|
To
provide students with current, topical information,
the teacher-librarian clips relevant articles on
a daily basis from the Vancouver Sun and the Province.
Along with thousands of brochures, pamphlets and
Jackdaw Kits, these newsclippings form the basis
of an extensive vertical file collection of 12
filing cabinets.
Material
in the vertical file is arranged in alphabetical
order by subject.
To
find out what subjects are available, check the
Vertical File Catalogue (on top of the filing cabinets).
The catalogue is completely cross referenced.
If
you have used articles from the vertical file,
do not refile them. Simply put them in the wire
basket on top of the filing cabinets.
You
may borrow a maximum of 10 articles from the Vertical
File. The loan period is two weeks. |

library has a collection of historical files
called Jackdaw Kits.

can be borrowed for two weeks. |
