Johnston
Heights Secondary has a dedicated group of volunteers
who work in the library. Last
year, we had over 40 students in the library class.
In addition we had over 75 student volunteers who gave
countless hours of their time and talents to make the
library a great place.
You
can be involved in your Library, Media and Technology
Centre by volunteering as a library or technology aide.
Service awards are given to volunteer library and technology
aides. Students earn both major and minor service awards
for their efforts.
Grade
10, 11 and 12 students can also work in the library
and earn their 30 hours of work experience for their
graduation portfolio.
