All language program options are compatible with the B.C. curriculum and lead towards Grade 12 graduation. There are no special fees and you do not need to live near the school, nor in the school district, to enroll. Languages are part of the Surrey School District Choices Programs.

| Core French |
5 - 7 |
Core French is a basic second language program intended to enable students to communicate purposefully in French. Students learn French as a subject twice per week. |
French Immersion

K - 12 |
The French Immersion program is intended to develop fluency by teaching most of the curriculum in French. Program entry is available in Kindergarten (early entry) and Grade 6 (late entry). |
Intensive French

6 - 7 |
Intensive French (IF) is a second language teaching approach in which French is taught intensively during five months in Grade 6. Students continue the program with a daily French class in Grade 7. For these students, there is a follow up Enhanced French class available at the junior secondary level. |

8 - 12 |
A variety of language courses are offered throughout the district: Core French, Intensive French, Punjabi, Japanese, Spanish. |
| Punjabi |
5 - 8 |
Based on the choice of Punjabi as a second language using B.C. curriculum. Program entry is available for Grade 5 students. |
