Terry Fox's parents selected the submission of Mountainview Montessori student Joshua Kwak as the winner in the poster competition that ran in schools throughout B.C. and the Yukon. Students from kindergarten to Grade 12 entered the Terry Fox Foundation contest.

This September is the 30th anniversary of the Terry Fox run and to mark the anniversary the winning poster will be distributed in the fall to every school in B.C. and the Yukon registered to hold a Terry Fox run. Approximately 1450 schools are registered, with each school receiving an average of 3 posters each.
