universal practices that teachers can use to design inclusive learning environments that support the
overall development of young learners.
Nonfiction Reading Power (Part 2)

- Please join us for another day with Adrienne as she presents
more practical lessons to support your students’ reading
comprehension in the content areas. This session will begin
with an overview of the key concepts of Reading Power. She
will then focus on the last three Nonfiction strategies: Making
Connections, Questioning /Inferring and Transforming your
thinking (synthesize). Come to this session and leave with new
lesson ideas, new book titles and a new “layer” to add to your
reading program.
