FACILITY RENTALS APPLICATIONS
External applications must be completed by all community-based groups, businesses or organizations interested in booking space at a district site at any time. External applications must also be completed by district groups when booking space for non-district related activities, such as Parent Advisory Committees booking social events or district staff booking space on behalf of any community based association or business.
Advisory: Field Availability 2006-2007
A small number of irrigated elementary grass fields are available during the 2006-2007 school year. Each field is available for 12 hours of usage per week maximum. All available hours on these fields have already been allocated to user groups for the 2006-2007 school year. However, a number of non-irrigated elementary grass fields are available for rent during the 2006-2007 school year. Each field is available for 16 hours of usage per week maximum.
