All requests to book facilities or grounds of schools must go through the Facility Rentals department, with the exception of commercial filming and the Bell Performing Arts Centre.
School staff are not permitted to make arrangements with rental groups,
either internal or external, without informing the Facility
Rentals department and following the Facility Rentals process
outlined below.

Once you are familiar with the booking process, you can search for availability of facilities online (after school hours bookings only).
Please note: Schools may have events taking place that are not entered into the availability system. Final availability will therefore be confirmed once a rental group submits an application to the Facility Rentals department.
