Applied Skills 1700 (HETE 8) Home Economics / HACE 8 Technology 8 (Life Skills 8) Learn practical techniques that will be useful immediately and for the rest of your life. All grade 8 students have an opportunity to take this exploratory course that combines many elements of Home Economics and Technology Education. Divided into the following components Woodwork, Electronics, Drafting, Computer Graphics and Information Technology,, Clothing and Textiles, Foods & Nutrition and Health and Career Education. These courses will provide students with hands-on experiences. Create and personalize a project that you can take with you. This course sampling will provide students with the knowledge to make informed choices for their grade 9 and 10 electives.	Book ends
