INFORMATION

Our On Ice instructors have made a strong and lasting commitment to the program. They have, as a group, contributed to the establishment of high standards and expectations of all participants. They have been chosen due to their background in elite hockey coaching, and their ability to teach skills in the Hockey Academy environment.


Peter Simpson, Bryan Boyce, Jim Babcock, and Angelo Maggio have been instructors since the inaugural year of the Academy in our community. They have helped shaped the curriculum, provided leadership and guidance to students, parents, and teachers. Our philosophy relies on the model leadership these instructors work to provide each semester. We are pleased to add Grant Armstrong and Ryan Esselmont to the instructional staff this year. Both are acknowledged as elite instructors in this province.
