- Take Our Kids To Work - one day job shadow for all grade nine students.
- RCMP Youth Academy - provides career exploration through simulated policing work experience.
- Junior Achievement - 1 day conference for grade 9/10 students on the economics of staying in school.
- Other initiatives include: Rona Foundation Program, Barrista, Emily Carr, Floral Design, and Surrey City Hall Mentorship, etc.
