Board meetings are usually held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month during the school year. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and are held in the main boardroom at the District Education Centre, 14033 92nd Ave.
The public is welcome to attend. An informal question period of up to 30 minutes is provided immediately following the conclusion of each meeting.
