About the district: We are the largest district in B.C. and one of few growing districts in the province. We have 124 schools located in Surrey and White Rock, and offer a wide range of education and support programs to students of all ages.

The B.C. government yesterday announced that under B.C.'s full-day kindergarten action plan, six Surrey schools are scheduled to receive additions and 20 schools will receive modular classrooms. June 15, 2010
